I slept on people's back porch with him in my shirt I knew he would love me. Growing up Gmomo would go can hunting for money and tell his Mom One day Ima be able to take care of you.
Through the years he resorted to the streets by hanging with older guys and selling drugs.
In 2003 he found himself in a boys home for 6-12 months. He ended up staying for 19 months for fights and behavior problems. During his time in Juvenile Hall Gmomo attempted Suicide.
After being away from his family for so long
he decided to get himself together and started writing music. He was 14 when he wrote his first '16 bars' after that he never stopped. Gmomo fell in love with HIP-HOP and RB. But due to family issues and no money the music didn't go far....Gmomo hooked up with a friend of the family by the name of Jason Wilson who goes by the name of J Joka who also Raps. Gmomo looked up to Jason and Jason looked up to Gmomo years later forming a label called HARD LIFE ENT. J Joka gave Gmomo 20 of the label but due to him being incarcerated Gmomo took his talent to the streets and started recording song after song and burning his own mix-tapes selling them downtown San Bernardino making a name for himself.
In 2005 he opened up for BAD BOY ARTIST Gorilla Zoe in San Bernardino CA at Fox’s theater. Through the years Gmomo has put out 5 mix-tapes and 1 EP that is currently on iTunes called Crunch Time
In 2011 Gmomo Opened for Meek Mill Nipsey Hussle YG 50 cent Floyd May-weather and more.
In 2012 he worked on his internet fan base and was finding himself as an artist. He opened up In Las Vegas at Summer Jam!!!
He reminds me of a young Easy E or Too Short. His voice is distinct never heard one like it.
